Frequently Asked QuestionsQ: Do I have to place my order on the website? A: All orders must be placed on website order form to insure accuracy. Q: How do I tell you something special about my order? A: Please enter any special instructions on order under comments or special instructions. Q: How do I know that you received my order? A: We will email you a confirmation when we receive the order and a email with picture of installation when completed. Q: I have an emergency and need to contact you right away. How do I contact you? Any order placed by 4 PM on: Will be installed no later than the end of the day on: Monday Wednesday Tuesday Thursday Wednesday Friday Thursday Monday Friday Tuesday Q: Is there any reason that my sign would not go up within those two days? A: Almost, all of the orders we receive are completed within two days. In fact, 80% of orders are completed the next day! However, some things that may delay the request is not providing the correct information or inclement weather and frozen ground. Posts cannot be planted in frozen ground. Q: Can you call the homeowner before going to property? A: Our policy is to request all communication remain between agent and the homeowner. Please inform homeowners that the sign will be installed in the two business days after we receive your request. Q: Once we place the order, can it be cancelled? A: You can cancel an order as long as we are contacted prior to arriving at the property. There will be no charge. Q: I have a special place that I would like to have the sign installed (because of underground sprinkler, dog fence, etc) can I meet you at the property and how can I schedule that? A: Due to our schedule we can not guarantee a time that we will be at each property. The best way to insure we place the sign where you would like it is to place a marker. We do require that you place a marker for properties that have underground sprinklers, invisible dog fences,etc. We will not install a post if we get to the property and no marker is present. A service call charge will apply. Also, if you fail to inform us that the property has an underground sprinkler, dog fence, etc we will not be responsible for any damages. Q: How long can the sign can remain on the property? A: Your original order includes installation and removal. The sign can remain on the property for six months. If you need the sign to remain on the property longer then the six month term, you will automatically receive an email stating that the sign is to expire in 7 days. If you want it to stay up, do nothing and it will be automatically renewed for a fee of $5.00 for an additional 6 months. If you want it removed, request the removal within those 7 days. There is no refund once the renewal is billed. The sign must stay on the original property and can not be moved without our permission. |
