This MUST be included to complete your order whether it is an installation or removal. If unknown, check Google Maps in satellite view or give the number to the left, right, or across from if it's a lot or there is no house or mailbox number visible.
Orders can usually begin to be processed the evening they are received, if not sooner. IF ANY INFORMATION IS MISSING FROM THE ORDER FORM, YOUR ORDER CAN BE DELAYED UNTIL IT CAN ALL BE GATHERED. If all information is accurately included on your form, orders are most often completed within 48 hours if the temperature is above freezing and all materials necessary are in stock or left at the property. You MUST provide a street address with a REAL house number for ALL orders, The street name, proper suffix (Street, Circle, Drive) and city is also necessary to accurately complete installations, repairs and removals. If your order is unique, it may require communication before completion to ensure accuracy. If your order is a LOT or acreage- you MUST include the plat, overhead view, or closest address for GPS input with instructions from that location. There can be no exceptions to this but I'd be glad to help! If on a large lot, mark the area with a stake or flag with a detailed description of where the post should be placed. If all condos or homes look alike give a distinguishing feature like color, mailbox.
